Phi Omicron Chapter of Omega Psi Psi Fraternity Inc. Presented to the community of San Diego An Extravagant Tribute venued at the prestigious Double Tree by Hilton.

Powerful Meaningful Musical selections Beautifully delived by New Visions of Gospel Jazz  and they did not dissappoint seranading the joints of the program perfectly and our gracious Host Brother Joseph  Cummings USN ,Committee Chair. Guest Speaker Brother Harold Tuck accomplished in, all things,  Healthcare local government, public safety and public policy also seem to be a master at jokes as he kept the audience grabbing their stomachs through his monolog. 

Harold Tuck gives the audience context of the celebration along with humor. KEY NOTE what speakers should always exemplifies that personable character it was so inviting. We celebrate him as a father a information and digital expert and a brother
Benjamin Kelso : President San Diego black Police Officers Association, Dare, School Safety Patrol and Police Cadet Program. He is seen here representing the blue Shield proudly and rather dapper. His family was out in full support as they have supported him in his 27 years of service with the San Diego Police Department. A graduate of Fort Hays State University, Ashford University and several degrees from Miramar College he is also a scholar of the highest caliber very important for a peace officer . And aside from the books you do not want to go Toe to Toe with him you will be forced to submit soon as he is a 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo he earned a u.s. national metal in 2002 and he coaches football. If that wasn’t enough he is also a actor playing the first African-American LAPD Sergeant Homer Broome. His children Elizabeth Aimee Brandyn and Ashlee are the visual representation that explains why his resume is so rich thank you officer Ben Kelso

Brother Cummings is a Navy specialist in health and was a Navy diver as well until he had an unfortunate injury he perseveres everyday and still absolutely Define what it means to be a father we wanted to give him his recommendation as well as a nominee that is so worthy that he could pull other nominees.
