In Jacksonville Florida a local police I’ve see is accused of beating a handcuff teenager in the back of a patrol car.
Haven’t been removed from his patrol duties with the Jacksonville sheriffs office James is in hot water before a failure to appear. Back story on this officer is he received for written reprimands for complaints lost against him by fellow officers and was suspended twice in those cases , another case he was investigated after the fellow officer complained he failed to ,conform to work standards.
Along with that he was also found at fault into crashes in his patrol car and had to take part in remedial trainingThose crashes do not include a May incident in which James hit and killed a pedestrian on University Blvd. West. In that incident he fatally struck a 62 old Blaine Stewart Land who was merely trying to cross the street
Lands family plans to Sue saying Jso was aware of the danger that James posed on the road citing that he even received a ticket for running a red light improperly in his patrol car and he still owes on that citation that was sent to collections last October more to come on the story
