Burning car on the 94 next to 28th Street

This morning while riding in the news car I saw accident I pulled over once I pulled over is the young lady with the smaller car burst into flames and continue to destroy that vehicle till I have to suggest that they move for the wait for fear of explosion and possible shrapnel hitting the two that were involved.

A UCSD student on her way two classes this morning is without a vehicle and her heart is so broken I had to console her and tell her it will be okay it could have been much worse because you could have not been here for your family to see your face again.
